Investing in Namibia's future, one learner at a time.
The Gondwana Care Trust empowers young people in underserved communities across Namibia by improving access to quality education and essential learning resources. Through the provision of school supplies, support for safe and effective learning environments, and initiatives that promote consistent school attendance, the Trust helps remove barriers to education. This work strengthens academic outcomes while building confidence, independence, and long-term opportunity. By investing in youth development, the Gondwana Care Trust equips learners with the skills and support they need to succeed and contribute meaningfully to Namibia’s future.
Every year, the Gondwana Care Trust runs their Back-to-School Christmas Bag Project with three core goals: to reward children who have performed well throughout the school year; to encourage learners to return equipped with stationery and a bag; and to offer a small Christmas gift — a sweet treat, toy, book, or toiletries depending on the child's age.
This project reaches children and schools all across Namibia, including the most remote rural communities.
