Gondwana Collection Namibia, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Windhoek, is Namibia’s largest privately owned tourism group. The company operates more than 50 accommodation offerings across over 20 properties from the Fish River Canyon to Etosha, the Kalahari and Namib deserts, Damaraland, and the Zambezi Region.
Gondwana manages around 7,400 km² of private conservation land, is 80% Namibian-owned, and employs over 1,400 Namibians. The company is known for its strong commitment to sustainable tourism, conservation, and community empowerment.
