At this stage, the following features are not yet supported:

• Checking out and settling lodge accounts in the app
• Moving or cancelling dinners and activities
• Booking activities or dinners separately after an accommodation booking has already been made
• Shortening or extending existing bookings
• Moving bookings between different properties

Yes, all Gondwana properties are visible in the app.

Most properties offer live, instant booking availability. Please note that Luna Namib Collection and all Klein-Aus Vista properties currently operate on an enquiry-only basis.

Yes, app pricing matches website pricing unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Yes. Most properties display real-time availability.

Luna Namib Collection and Klein-Aus Vista properties are currently available through enquiry requests only.

Yes. The app will continue to improve with regular updates as new features and fixes are approved by Apple and Google.

Once your booking is complete:

• You'll receive a confirmation email
• Your booking will appear under the Bookings section in the app
• On your check-in day, you'll receive an in-app reminder notification

• Select your travel dates

• Choose the number of rooms, adults, and children

• Tap Check Availability

• Browse available properties and rates

• Select your preferred property

• Add your room selection

• Choose whether to add dinners

• Add activities or continue to your cart

• Tap Book and Pay

• Enter your payment details and complete payment

We currently accept all major VISA and Mastercard cards.

Apple Pay and Google Pay support will be introduced in a future update.

Yes. Accommodation and car rental bookings can be moved to alternative dates or cancelled directly in the app up to 3 days before check-in or collection.

Member discounts are applied instantly once your Membership number has been added to your profile. These benefits are only applicable to the accommodation offers.

To use your Membership:

• Add your Membership under the Account section before making a booking
• During booking, tap Add Membership
• Select the Membership you'd like to apply

Once applied, discounted Member pricing will automatically display where applicable.

No. Promotional offers and Membership discounts cannot be combined on the same booking.

If a promotion is exclusive to Members, only guests with an active Membership added to their profile will see the offer.

If you are a resident of a SADC country, a Membership section will appear in your Account area.

To add your Membership:

• Enter your Membership Number
• Provide the ID number linked to the Membership
• For child memberships, enter the Date of Birth instead of an ID number

The details must be successfully verified.

Yes. Your personal details and travel preferences can be updated at any time in the Account section.

Yes. The Bookings section gives you access to both upcoming and past bookings for accommodation, car rental, and Go2 Transfers.

Yes. Personal information is managed according to GDPR standards, and your credit card details are not stored by us.

The app connects to Gondwana's long-standing reservation systems that have supported guest bookings for many years.

Yes. Confirmation emails are always sent as backups for your records.
