How to use the Booking App
Explore a simpler way to plan, book, and manage your Gondwana stay. From accommodation to activities, member benefits, and seamless check-in, the app is designed to make your travel experience faster, easier, and more convenient.

The app is available for both Android and iPhone devices through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The app is designed to work on most modern smartphones with enough storage space available for installation. Please note that Huawei devices are currently not supported.
Creating an account is quick and simple:
No. For security reasons, you'll need to create a new password when registering on the app.
Simply tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the password reset instructions sent to your email address.
You can also choose password-free login by selecting Email Login. A secure login link will be sent directly to your email.

Most guests are fully set up in less than 5 minutes.
Guests whose residency is outside the SADC region will not currently be able to add or use Gondwana Memberships in the app.

Most properties offer live, instant booking availability. Please note that Luna Namib Collection and all Klein-Aus Vista properties currently operate on an enquiry-only basis.

Yes. Most properties display real-time availability.
Luna and Klein-Aus Vista properties are currently available through enquiry requests only.
Yes. The app will continue to improve with regular updates as new features and fixes are approved by Apple and Google.

We currently accept all major VISA and Mastercard cards.
Apple Pay and Google Pay support will be introduced in a future update.
Yes. Accommodation and car rental bookings can be moved to alternative dates or cancelled directly in the app up to 3 days before check-in or collection.
Member discounts are applied instantly once your Membership number has been added to your profile. These benefits are only applicable to the accommodation offers.
To use your Membership:
Once applied, discounted Member pricing will automatically display where applicable.
No. Promotional offers and Membership discounts cannot be combined on the same booking.
If a promotion is exclusive to Members, only guests with an active Membership added to their profile will see the offer.

Yes. Your personal details and travel preferences can be updated at any time in the Account section.
Yes. The Bookings section gives you access to both upcoming and past bookings for accommodation, car rental, and GO2 Transfers.
Yes. Personal information is managed according to GDPR standards, and your credit card details are not stored by us.
The app connects to Gondwana's long-standing reservation systems that have supported guest bookings for many years.
Our Customer Support Centre (CSC) is ready to assist. The app includes quick access options for both phone and WhatsApp support.
Yes. Confirmation emails are always sent as backups for your records.
Absolutely. You can continue booking through our website, contact centre, or other existing Gondwana booking channels.
